This position will provide employee with PRN hours 1-2 shifts a week with a possibility of more. This is an entry level position that will be used to complete schedule for two locations. Chickasha and Newcastle. Practitioner must be dependable and flexible. Provider will be eligible to move to permanent location as position becomes available. This position is a PRN as needed position. We will provide the malpractice insurance and the collaborating physician if needed.
The Nurse Practitioner will function as an independent practitioner who is responsible for managing health problems both acute and chronic and coordinating health care for the patient in accordance with State and Federal rules and regulations and the nursing standards of care (assessment of health status, diagnosis, development of plan of care and treatment, implementation of treatment plan, and evaluation of patient status)management is conducted in collaboration with other health care team members.
